Park Towers a Senior Friendly Community is owned by the Hutchinson HRA and offers quality senior rental housing with services in an attractive, convenient neighborhood adjacent to South Park and downtown. There is a choice of rent based on income or a flat rent. Amenities include a spacious community room and dining room, cozy parlor and on-site laundry and beauty shop. Optional services available for an additional fee include senior dining and ConnectCare Health Care Ala Carte. A variety of activities and outings are offered throughout the year. Newly renovated apartments are now available.
