The Hutchinson Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) seeks qualified applicants for the position of HRA Technician. The position reports to the Executive Director, manages the property rehab, loan, and matching funds programs, and provides clerical support and support to Park Towers.
Requires secondary education in business, community development, customer service, housing, urban planning, or 1 – 3 years of related work experience. Must have excellent customer service, ability to deal effectively and courteously with the public, strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills and program record-keeping ability, time management and multi-tasking skills and able to work independently, communication skills, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
32-hour/week position with full benefit package. Minimum pay rate is $19.32/hour.
