I learned of the HRA programs from a co-worker and I decided to stop down at the HRA office to see if I would qualify. These programs are well worth it, because I definitely saw a savings from the energy improvements done to my home.
My house looked so much better that my neighbors around me also did home improvements. I am very proud that my project was a motivation to my neighborhood.
I was really happy with the whole group of people involved throughout the process from the HRA staff to the contractors. The HRA staff guided me through the process from application to the construction that transformed my home. I am very glad that there are programs like this to help people in our community.
My advice is go find out about the HRA programs – this opportunity will be well worth it.

It is like a small community within the community of Hutchinson. The people here are really nice and always encouraging simply by being kind.

There is activities I can be part of if I want to. It is a senior dining site. The people are friendly and almost like a big family as we care for each other.
