Home Improvements/Repairs

Programs for Homeowners Occupying Their Homes

Home Improvement Programs promote energy efficiency and preserve existing housing for homeowners who reside at their property. This is not a program for homeowners renting out their property.

Step 1: Read through the City Home Improvement/Repairs Programs

Step 2: Prepare the answers for the following questions prior to calling HRA
  • What home improvements do you need?
  • What is the total number of residents in your household?
  • What is your annual household, gross income (amount before taxes are taken out)?
Step 3: Apply for any of the programs you feel you may be qualified FOR by completing the Eligibility Questionnaire or contacting Judy at HRA.
