Senior Dining Information
All residents at Park Towers are able to dine weekdays on hot, nutritious meals. But the Senior Nutrition Program is more than just a meal. In addition, the senior dining experience offers opportunities for socialization, volunteering, education and links to other community services that promote independent living.
The program is made possible through the Senior Nutrition Program administered by Lutheran Social Services. Funding is provided by the Older Americans Act by contract with the Mid-Minnesota Area Agency on Aging.
News at Park Towers
Approximately 30 Park Towers’ residents enjoyed the spook-tacular Halloween Party. Residents showed off their creativity with some boo-tiful costumes and paraded around the tables for the other residents.
The Tenant Council provide pizza and vegetable tray, other residents donated a fruit tray and cookies.
RENOVATIONS – 2017
Park Towers is excited to show photos of the completed renovations to the commons areas. This renovation included painting the hall corridors, new tile and carpet on the first floor, and reupholster the parlor furniture. When visitors come to the property, they comment on how clean and nice Park Towers is. Park Towers staff takes pride in maintaining the property to a high standard.
Park Towers celebrates National Night Out – August, 2017
Park Towers has participated in National Night Out for several years. It is a great opportunity for residents to meet and mingle with their neighbors in a relaxed environment.
Approximately 36 residents participated in this year Park Towers event. Residents were served BBQ’s, baked beans, chips and lemonade which was provided by Park Towers Management. Police Chief Dan Hatton also stopped. He talked about the new body cameras the officers have and how they are used.

The one bedroom handicapped accessible unit at Park Towers is complete! Someone is moving in June 1st.
Park Towers News February, 2017
Construction is beginning at Park Towers to convert a regular one bedroom unit to a one bedroom handicapped accessible unit. The construction should be complete by May 1, 2017. Anyone interested in a one bedroom handicapped accessible unit should apply now.
Other improvements in 2017 include painting the corridors and renovating the first floor lobby.
