This is a reminder regarding the assistance HRA is offering homeowners facing emergency repairs.
The Hutchinson Emergency Home Repair Grant Program is available for up to $5,000 to help City of Hutchinson homeowners during challenging times.
The Hutchinson HRA Board approved the Hutchinson Emergency Home Repair Grant Program in 2020. Eligible repairs include failure of a heating, electrical, ventilation or plumbing system in a home. Homeowners must reside in the city of Hutchinson, must be current on house payments and taxes, and meet income eligibility requirements listed on the HRA website.
