If you are ready to take the next step, visit the Park Towers office or call.  The application link for Park Towers is found below.

Once you download the application packet you will need to fill it out and gather required documentation like:

Bring completed application packet to the office during business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm). The office is located at 133 Third Ave SW or you can send it by mail.  Once the application is received, Park Towers staff will review your application and let you know what’s next.

**Applicants must pass a criminal background check and pay a security deposit.

Community Information

Park Towers is conveniently located two blocks west of Main Street adjacent to South Park. Scenic City of Hutchinson, with a populations of just under 15,000, located approximately 60 miles west of the Twin Cities.  Learn more on the City of Hutchinson website.
