Calculating Rent
Rent is based on 30% of adjusted monthly gross income. Heat, electricity, water, air conditioning, sewer and garbage is included in your rent.

Application Process:
If you are ready to take the next step to independent living, visit the office or give us a call. The application link for Park Towers is found below.
Once you download the application packet you will need to fill it out and gather required documentation like:
- Driver’s License copy
- Proof of income copies
- (See application checklist for full list)**
Then bring completed application packet and copies of all required documentation to the office during business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm) located at 133 Third Ave SW or send it by mail. You can email an encrypted and password protected application to Park Towers Information. Choose what’s easiest for you. When all required information has been collected from applicant, staff will process application and discuss next steps.
**All applicants must pass a criminal background check and pay a security deposit equal to one month of rent at time of lease signing.
