Someone will contact you to schedule a time for a maintenance repair or will enter your residence if you have given permission on the form for them to enter.
Park Towers’ Management hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 12 noon, closed 12-1:00 p.m. for lunch. Maintenance is scheduled on Thursday’s unless it is an emergency, and 1 – 2 p.m. An appointment is needed from 2:00 – 4:30 p.m.
